Quixote Village grew from the vision of a self-governing tent camp of homeless adults in Olympia, Washington. The Village consists of 30 tiny cottages, a large vegetable garden and a community building that contains showers, laundry facilities, a communal kitchen and living and dining space. We do need gardening supplies! Village residents are starting to plant their front yards, and gearing up to start the community vegetable garden.

The Hand of God reached down and graced the fool with wisdom. This is Miss Lillian Munson, who passed away last Spring. She was one of the daycare teachers chasing after me in Otis Orchards, WA back in the 70s. Miss Lillian knew how to talk to kids, and we knew we were safe with her.
